Welcome to the Special Collections Department of St Andrews University Library. The Department is home to the Library’s manuscripts and rare printed books, as well as its extensive photographic collections and the University muniments.

There is a supervised Reading Room which is open for use by visiting scholars and the general public as well as staff and students of the University.
